Goals 2010-2011

  Our goals for the 2010-2011 School year are to maintain support of PTA funded programs that contributed to Murwood’s receipt of the California Distinguished School Award, and continue to reach out to all members of our community.

 

Accomplishments 2009-2010

 
  1. More teachers received training in Writer’s Workshop and were able to effectively implement this program in their classrooms.

  2. Community Outreach was a resounding success this year due to the hard work of a dedicated team that planned fun and informational events for the benefit of all community members.

  3. All Murwood students continued to benefit from our investments in the Science program, teacher training, the Poet’s program, technology, library books, student programs like Murwood News Network & Murwood Marathon, and campus enhancements.
