Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year at Murwood Elementary School, a California Distinguished School! The Murwood Parent Teacher Association (PTA) invites you to join us to make a difference in the education and quality of life for your children.

The PTA urges all Murwood families to:

Get Involved - Become a Member

Be involved in your child's education experience by participating in meetings where you can share your ideas and opinions. PTA meetings are the third Tuesday of each month, without a December meeting.

Make a Difference - Be a Volunteer

When families are involved in their children's education, children achieve higher grades and test scores, have better attendance, complete more homework, and demonstrate more positive attitudes and behavior.

Contribute to Fundraising - Be a Supporter

The PTA needs your support to continue the many programs that have helped make Murwood a California Distinguished School.
